Rock or “seam face,” weathered from the elements.

Textured surface with blunt edges and corners that are softened, bumpy and smoothed.

Honed/Leathered
Finished, but unpolished and has a very matte, low-gloss shine. A matte finish that's smooth but not shiny. Natural and understated, but it's more susceptible to weathering.

Very shiny, glossy and reflective. This finish enhances the stone's natural colors and patterns. Polished granite is the most stain-resistant option and generally easier to clean and maintain.
